Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Laconia, NH. The ICU RN will provide critical care to critically ill patients, manage life-support equipment, administer advanced medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ICU experience, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and are willing to participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of ICU RN experience and current license per state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• CCRN, TNCC, NIHSS certifications preferred; other relevant certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per critical care standards.
• Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment in ICU.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintain infection control protocols and patient safety in high-acuity settings.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance ICU outcomes.
