Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an ICU RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) and ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients.
• Administer complex medications according to approved techniques.
• Ensure patient safety in high-acuity ICU environments.
• Provide education to patients and families.
