Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an ICU assignment in Maple Grove, Minnesota. The role requires current RN licensure, a nursing degree from an accredited program, and BLS/ACLS certifications, with 18 months ICU experience.

You will work 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week on a travel basis, with housing options and comprehensive benefits provided by the agency.

Qualifications

• Active RN License is required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS certifications are required.
• 18 months of recent ICU experience in Acute Care ICU.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and education to patients and families.
• Operate life-support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes.
• Monitor heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration for distress.
• Administer medications, IVs, and insert catheters as needed.
• Document medication administration meticulously.
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures to control patient conditions.
• Perform CPR accurately and effectively.
