The role supports patient care in the ICU, develops care plans, administers meds, collaborates with physicians, and documents in EMR. Requires NE or Compact RN license, 2+ years ICU experience, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current NE RN license or Compact RN license if eligible.
• 2+ years of ICU experience preferred.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Additional unit certifications may be required.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the ICU unit.
• Create and update individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
