Responsibilities include caring for critically ill patients in a 20-bed unit, telemetry monitoring, collaboration with attendings and residents, and documentation in the EPIC EMR. Massachusetts RN license and BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

2+ years of Adult ICU experience.
2 years of continuous work in one location, preferably MICU.
Massachusetts RN license and AHA BLS/ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a 20-bed ICU.
Monitor telemetry readings and respond to changes in patient conditions.
Collaborate with attendings and residents in the ICU 24 hours/day.
Float to Medical/Surgical Units as needed, managing 4–5 patients when floated.
Maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC EMR system.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Adult ICU experience required.
2 years of continuous work experience in one location, preferably a MICU.
Must be able to read Tele Strips and demonstrate telemetry competency.
Active Massachusetts RN License.
American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
