Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Tucson, AZ. This role offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced ICU setting, delivering high-level patient care while collaborating with a dedicated clinical team.

The ICU RN will assess critically ill patients, administer advanced treatments, and participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives within a supportive traveler-focused platform.

Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to changes in condition.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per critical care protocols.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses for continuity of care.
