Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Bismarck, North Dakota. You will provide comprehensive critical care to ICU patients, with competitive pay and benefits. This role requires strong clinical judgment and collaboration with a dedicated clinical team.

Qualified candidates have ICU experience, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications, with CCRN/TNCC/NIHSS as preferred credentials. Travel support and credentialing reimbursements are available.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an ICU RN.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) and ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications.
• CCRN certification (preferred).
• TNCC and NIHSS certifications (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients in the ICU and respond to changes.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per critical care protocols.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU settings.
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses promptly.
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring and interpret results.
• Educate patients and families about ICU care and recovery expectations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize care.
• Maintain infection control and participate in quality improvement.
