Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted RN license in Georgia.
- ICU nursing experience preferred in high‑acuity settings.
- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts.
- Must reside 80+ miles from the assignment facility.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for critically ill adults in the ICU with continuous monitoring.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and hemodynamic interventions per physician orders.
- Manage airway support and ventilator management as needed.
- Monitor vitals, telemetry, and communicate changes to the team.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EHR.
- Ensure infection control and handoffs compliant with ICU protocols.
