Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a ICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Ontario, OR. Start ASAP with 12-hour night shifts and a 36-hour workweek. This travel role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and support from a dedicated clinical team.

The ICU RN will provide critical care, manage life-support equipment, and collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes in a high-acuity setting.

Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer complex medications and treatments as per critical care protocols.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU environments.
• Document assessments and interventions in the medical record.
• Provide education to patients and families about ICU care and expectations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
