Job Summary

ICU Nurse Shared Services (Loma Linda, CA). This role involves providing advanced critical care in various ICU units across the healthcare organization. The position requires clinical expertise in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and emergency response, supporting a dynamic and fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality patient care.

Job Details

Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications: Valid certifications including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in an ICU setting or related critical care environment. Existing certifications, relevant education, and location requirements are also included.

Preferred Qualifications: Targeted Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and experience with stroke-related competencies are preferred.

Additional Information: Candidates should be comfortable with high-acuity patient care involving invasive monitoring, mechanical ventilation, and emergency procedures. Previous float pool, traveler, or multi-unit experience is strongly preferred. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, with willingness to float to various ICU units and acute care environments as operational needs require.
