Qualifications

• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, education, and support to patients and their families.
• Ensure proper functioning of life support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes.
• Monitor patient vital signs—heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration—for signs of distress.
• Administer medications, IVs, and insert catheters as needed.
• Meticulously document medication administration and clinical interventions.
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures to promptly control changes in patients’ physical condition.
• Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation accurately and effectively.
