Qualifications

• 12 months of nursing experience, with 3 months in the last 12 months.
• 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience within 36 months.
• Massachusetts license required for submission.
• Must float to multiple units.
• COVID vaccination and Flu vaccination required; declinations accepted.
• Current employment at the facility disqualifies submission.

Responsibilities

• Float to Medical HVCC, SICU and IMC as needed.
• Provide continuous patient care across units during travel assignment.
• Adhere to facility vaccines and pre-employment modules.
