TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Critical Care Float for a travel nursing job in Madison, Wisconsin. The ICU travel assignment requires evaluating and monitoring patients in an Intensive Care Unit, delivering physician-directed care, and guiding care plans.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of acute care experience and hold ACLS/BLS certifications. The role is travel with 12-hour night shifts and 36 hours per week.

Formación

• RN with 1–2 years of acute care experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Additional certifications may be required before starting assignment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Administer and record prescribed medications, report adverse reactions.
• Order and evaluate diagnostic tests.
• Take samples for lab work and interpret reports.
• Monitor and adjust ICU equipment and document readings.
• Communicate patient conditions to family members.
