Qualifications

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with any experience within the last 18 months.
• Travel experience is preferred.
• Experience with Epic is required with 1 month within the last 6 months.
• BSN completion required.

Responsibilities

• Float to ICUs, step-down units, IMCU and ED as ICU holds dictate.
• Potential float to Women’s and Family units when needed, oriented for ICU.
• Adhere to unit orientations and pre-employment modules; upload certifications.
