Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and respond rapidly to changes in patient conditions.
• Administer medications per ICU protocols.
• Manage ventilators and critical-care equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to update patient care plans.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Document all assessments and interventions.
