Qualifications

Responsibilities
Deliver high-acuity care to critically ill or unstable patients.
Monitor and interpret vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
Administer medications per ICU protocols.
Manage critical-care equipment like ventilators and infusion pumps.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to execute patient care plans.
Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
Document all assessments and interventions accurately.
