Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Burn ICU for a travel nursing job in Indianapolis, Indiana. This ICU travel position requires 1–2 years of acute care experience and offers a 12-week assignment with 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience
• Current RN license or compact state license
• Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, NIH
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk long shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care in ICU.
• Administer and document prescribed medications; report adverse reactions.
• Order and evaluate diagnostic tests; interpret results.
• Monitor and adjust ICU equipment; interpret electronic displays.
• Communicate patient conditions to families; provide education.
