Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for home health contracts in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. This 13-week travel assignment requires 40 hours per week with 8-hour days and an 8-hour shift schedule.

Qualifications include PA SLP licensure, CPR or ability to obtain, and 6 months of home health experience. OASIS experience is preferred, with a focus on Medicare-certified agency work. Benefits and support are offered by SHC.

Home Health Speech Language Pathologist Contract Details:

• $2,110 - $2,319 per week*
• Paid by the hour - not by the visit
• Speech Language Pathologist will have a designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients
• Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with a Medicare Certified Agency
