Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Home Health RN for a 13-week assignment in Salem, OR. You will provide direct home health nursing, create care plans, administer treatments, and educate patients and families, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
The position offers competitive compensation, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO after 1560 hours, life and short-term disability, 401(k) matching, and recruiter support to ensure a smooth travel
Qualifications
- One year of RN experience with at least six months in Home Health.
- Proficient in OASIS documentation.
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
- BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care; monitor responses.
- Educate patients and caregivers on medication management and disease management.
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists and other healthcare professionals for smooth care transitions.
- Document care, interventions and progress per regulatory standards.
