Job summary
American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing role in Greensboro, North Carolina. Qualifications
- Must have an active NC RN license or compact RN license.
- Minimum 1 year of case management experience is required.
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) EMR experience is required.
- Prior home health travel experience required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate care for an assigned home health patient caseload.
- Travel independently between patient homes across Greensboro and High Point areas.
- Follow a Monday–Friday, day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
