Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN – Home Health for a travel job in South Dennis, Massachusetts. Start date 09/28/2026; duration 13 weeks; 40 hours per week; shift: 8 hours, days.

As an RN in Home Health, you will deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes, perform assessments, administer medications and wound care, educate patients and families, and coordinate with physicians and therapists. Requires at least 1 year Home Health experience and a current BLS; state licensure

Qualifications

At least 1 year of Home Health RN experience.
Current BLS certification; CPI certification may be required.
Eligible for State licensure in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
Administer medications and wound care as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on disease management and health maintenance.
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists and other providers.
Document nursing care and patient progress timely.
Ensure infection control, safety and regulatory compliance.
