You will provide skilled therapy services in home health settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote functional independence and safe discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year recent work experience in the specialty of the job applying for.
• Current BLS/CPR certification through American Heart Association.
• Active License in the state of the job location (if applicable).
