Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Baltimore, MD. The role requires a Maryland PT license, P.T. degree, home health experience, and ability to travel 25–30 miles daily. Expect 40 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday, in a home health setting.

EMR experience with Kinnser/WellSky is preferred. The assignment includes benefits information provided by recruiters and a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience preferred; candidates must be independently competent in home health practice.
• Experience with Kinnser/WellSky EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide travel home health physical therapy services to patients in their homes in Baltimore, MD.
• Travel up to 25–30 miles per day as part of caseload.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and licensed clinicians.
