Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Chesapeake, Virginia. The role is a day-shift, 40 hours per week, with a weighted caseload of 6-7 visits per day and occasional weekend coverage for orthopedic cases.

Candidate should have at least 1 year of home health experience, VA license if applicable, and CPR certification. MatrixCare or Epic experience is preferred but not required. Mileage is reimbursed at IRS rates.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Experience with VA state licensure is noted as required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers.
