American Traveler seeks a Travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a13-week day shift assignment in Merrimack, NH. This role requires EPIC documentation, 40 hours per week, and no weekend duties.

Candidates must have 2+ years of Home Health experience and an NH license or compact PT license. References and a drug screen are required; there will be a wage package with stipends for travel and housing as applicable.

• Coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth continuity of care.
