Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel home health assignment in Dickinson, North Dakota. The role requires at least 1 year of PT experience and active licensure, with a typical caseload of 5–6 visits per day, primarily adult visits.

Hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required, and Home Care Home Base EMR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active ND PT license required or compact state licensure.
• Minimum 1 year PT experience; home health and OASIS experience desired.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Must have valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Experience with Home Care Home Base EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform start of care assessments, recertifications, resumptions of care, and regular therapy visits.
• Provide 5–6 visits per day in a home health setting.
• Coordinate with team for patient care and evaluations.
• No weekends or holidays; 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.
