Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist to serve patients across designated Maryland service areas. The role is travel-based, with a day shift (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), 40 hours per week, and 13 weeks duration in Greenbelt, MD.

Requirements include 2+ years of PT experience with OASIS-E proficiency, a PT license, BLS, and reliable vehicle. HomeCare HomeBase and OASIS documentation are essential, with potential to float to additional zip codes as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of recent physical therapy experience, including OASIS-E
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• MD license required (license as applicable)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes across assigned zip code areas
• Document patient progress using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS
• Possibly float to cover another zip code as needed
