Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Salida, California.

Join as a traveling PT to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in a new location, with a 13-week assignment and 40 hours per week. • Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience
• Experience completing OASIS assessments when appropriate
• Experience with Kinser documentation system
