Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services and direct patient care in home health settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and execute the plan of care.
• Manage 8-hour day shifts 40 hours per week in a travel assignment.
• Support orientation and documentation as part of the onboarding process.
