Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a Fernley, Nevada assignment. The 13-week contract requires OASIS experience, Nevada OT licensure, CPR or ability to obtain it, and a valid U.S. driver’s license.

• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Home Health Occupational Therapist Contract Details
