Supplemental Health Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health travel assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana. The contract runs for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, and shifts are 8 hours long.

The therapist will operate within a designated territory, offering paid weekly wages and comprehensive benefits. SHC emphasizes support, career guidance, and a strong nationwide network of healthcare facilities.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.

• CPR Certified or ability to obtain
• Previous OASIS experience

• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience

Qualifications

Home Health Occupational Therapist Contract Details

• $2,024 - $2,232 per week*
• 13-week contract
• Paid by the hour - not by the visit
• Occupational Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage
