Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a contract in Grants Pass, Oregon. This role features a 13-week assignment, 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift and a travel-focused compensation package.

Ideal candidates will have OASIS experience, Oregon OT licensure, CPR certification, and a valid U.S. driver's license, plus home health experience and comfort with computer charting. This position offers strong benefits and support from SHC.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Oregon.
• CPR Certification or ability to obtain.
• Previous OASIS experience.
• Previous experience with Computer Charting.
• 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation.
