Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 14-week assignment in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The position offers 40 hours per week, days shift, starting 03/01/2027.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, documenting care plans, and supporting discharge planning. Candidates need a state OT license, NBCOT, BLS; minimum 2 years of experience; travel role with OT supervision of assistants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required.
• OT license and NBCOT certification required before start date.
• BLS certification required before start date.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients per licensure and physician orders with accurate documentation.
• Educate patients and families about treatment procedures and home programs.
• Coordinate treatment schedules with other disciplines and manage care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt programs to improve outcomes.
• Develop and document discharge plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants in accordance with licensure standards.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
