Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Endoscopy Travel Nurse in Modesto, California. The Endoscopy RN will support physicians and the care team before, during, and after procedures in an Endo environment. 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, travel assignment for 13 weeks.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of acute care experience and required certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS). Endoscopy expertise and ability to lift up to 50 pounds may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience is required for Endoscopy RN.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Endoscopy unit and support physicians and the medical team before, during, and after procedures.
• Provide technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures, ensuring safe working practice.
• Participate in care and maintenance of endoscopes and related equipment, with proper decontamination records.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in the clinical area following standards and regulations.
