Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a SNF setting. You will evaluate patients and craft treatment plans while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with an active SLP license in the state of practice.
• CCCs required, or be a CFY candidate.
• Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.

• Therapists will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals.
