Job summary

Rentokil Steritech is hiring a Food Safety Specialist to support hotel, restaurant and grocery clients by upholding brand standards, ensuring exceptional food quality and delivering friendly, customer‑focused service to enhance guest experience.

The role requires auditing, training staff and ensuring compliance with regulations, with extensive travel and a flexible schedule. Benefits begin day one for full‑time colleagues.

Qualifications

• Meet the requirements to obtain CP-FS certification.
• Strong knowledge of food safety preferred.
• ServSafe and/or CP-FS certifications are a plus.
• Excellent listening, organization, communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
• Observe food prep and cooking to uphold food safety and sanitation.
• Work with clients to address discrepancies and develop corrective actions.
• Travel 50-70% (8-10 days per month), including some evenings/weekends.
