NURSE's Etc. Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cedar Rapids, IA. The assignment includes 3x12s (nights) for a 36-hour week, with holiday rotation, and no on-call requirement.

Candidates should have a minimum of 36 months progressive care, stepdown or Med Surg experience, EPIC EMR experience, and preferred stepdown or critical care exposure. Competitive pay package on 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 36 months progressive care, stepdown or med surg/medical surgical experience.
• EPIC EMR experience required.
• Stepdown experience preferred.
• Critical care experience nice to have.
• Experience administering nitro, heparin, amiodarone including titrates required.

Responsibilities

• Float/Med Surg RN nights; 3x12s, 1900–0730; 36 hrs/week with holiday rotation.
• No call; every other weekend.
• Must have strong clinical skills in telemetry and med surg patient care.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and orders.
