Royston Group is seeking a Fixture Installer to lead installation projects across the continental US from our Royston, GA home office. The role includes fixture assembly, site execution, and supervising contractors to meet scope, quality, and safety standards.

The position requires 1+ year in fixture installation or construction, travel throughout the US, and a valid driver's license. Excellent report-writing and leadership abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction or fixture installation experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to driving requirements.
• Extensive travel throughout the US.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Travel by automobile or airplanes as scheduled.
• Oversee contractors and leased workers.
• Perform installation and carpentry: fixtures, leveling, disassembly of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with project scope, safety standards, and quality.
• Report time worked daily and submit reports.
• Submit daily reports, checklists, and DOT logs to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping.
• Ensure vehicles, tools, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained.
