Anders Group, LLC is seeking a Travel First Assistant Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Lorain, OH. You will join a hospital team on a travel contract, providing specialized first-assistant bedside care.

The role requires OH or Compact RN licensure, BLS, and 2+ years of First Assistant experience. Compensation is weekly with housing, travel reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current OH RN license or Compact RN license if eligible.
• 2+ years of recent First Assistant experience preferred.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Additional unit certifications may be required.
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in the First Assistant unit.
• Create and update individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care accurately in EMR systems.
• Promote patient safety and quality outcomes.
