Job summary

Pure Air Filtration, LLC in Norcross, GA is seeking a full-time Field Service Technician to install, start up, maintain, and service air purification and odor control systems at customer sites. You will travel with experienced staff, document service activities, and support safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes learning, hands-on problem solving, and advancing to independent field assignments, with a non-exempt hourly compensation between $20.19 and $25.48 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to travel extensively to customer locations, including overnight and weekend travel.
• Ability to learn technical products, equipment, procedures, and field service processes.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service activities including media changeouts, room sealing projects, equipment inspections, startup and commissioning activities, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Travel to customer sites with experienced field service personnel to support service projects and customer needs.
• Learn and follow established field service procedures, work instructions, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Assist with removal and replacement of adsorbent media in odor control and air purification systems.
• Support room sealing, testing, verification, and documentation activities under supervision.
• Assist with equipment startup, commissioning, functional verification, and customer training activities.
