Job summary

Palm Beach Tan, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform maintenance across its store locations. The role involves traveling from home to assigned areas to address maintenance requests, repairs, and general upkeep.

Qualifications

• Excellent driving record (driving record check required).
• 2 years’ preferred maintenance experience; multi-unit experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance systems; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance to store locations in assigned area.
• Repair minor plumbing, light ballasts, doorknobs, and related items.
• Maintain tanning booths and UV spray booths (training provided).
• Perform general carpentry including sheetrock repair and painting.
