Qualifications
- Active RN license is required.
- Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in the ED requiring emergency attention and treat life-threatening conditions.
- Assess, intervene and stabilize trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
- Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
- Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.
