Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Wenatchee, Washington. The position is a 13-week assignment with a 36-hour work week and a night shift (13 hours).

Active RN license and ED experience are required along with possible certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC) as determined by the client facility. MedPro provides comprehensive benefits and housing options for travelers.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Eighteen months of recent ER acute care experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required by the client facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Properly understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Able to make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.
• Provide care for patients in the Emergency Department requiring emergency attention and life-saving measures.
