Job summary

TotalMed RN seeks a travel nurse RN for the ED in Springfield, Vermont. The assignment runs 13 weeks, starts 09/28/2026, at 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience with ACLS, BLS, PALS and TNCC.

As an ER Travel Nurse, you will triage, assess and implement care in a fast-paced setting, document history and vitals, and collaborate with a diverse team to ensure quality patient outcomes and safe discharge planning.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC required.
• 2 years of recent acute care experience.
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients and implement care per physician instructions.
• Perform minor medical procedures, advise patients and families on illnesses or injuries.
• Document medical history, allergies, vital signs and ongoing patient status.
• Maintain equipment, IV therapy and wound care; monitor patient condition and respond to changes.
