Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Claremont, NH. The role is 36 hours per week, with nights in a fast-paced emergency department, delivering rapid, high-quality care and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will assess, triage, treat, and document patient care in the EMR, while maintaining safety and professional standards. Competitive pay and day-one benefits are available.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience required.
• Valid RN license in NH or state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergency treatments.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout ED stay.
• Observe and document patient conditions within scope of practice.
• Take and monitor vital signs and respond to deviations.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
• Initiate patient education plans according to needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, paramedics and staff.
