Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing‑Nursing is seeking a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Hallock, MN. You will provide rapid-response, high-quality care in a busy emergency department and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include 1 year ER experience, active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and PALS or ENPC. Benefits include competitive pay, comprehensive insurance, and weekly pay in a traveler-friendly program.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license per state requirements.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency treatments.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort in the ED.
• Observe and document patient conditions.
• Take and monitor vital signs with clinical judgment.
• Respond to life-saving situations per standards and protocols.
• Document nursing assessments and outcomes in EMR.
• Initiate patient education plans for acute care needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, paramedics, social workers.
• Perform other duties within scope of practice.
• Adhere to safety, infection control and regulatory standards.
