HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Pulaski, Tennessee. This travel assignment lasts 13 weeks with 36 hours per week and 12-hour night shifts in the ED.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license.
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
• Degree from an accredited school.
• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care, documenting care given.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate with care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Educate patient/family according to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
