Advantis Medical Staffing is seeking an ER Travel Nurse for a 13-week assignment at Skagit Valley Hospital in Mount Vernon, WA. The role pays $2,324 per week on a Nights 3x12 schedule.

You will triage, prioritize care, administer time-sensitive interventions, and support stabilization and disposition with the emergency team. Travel benefits includelicensing support and Day 1 benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ER nursing experience.
• Active Washington RN License.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients across acuity, re-prioritize care as conditions evolve.
• Deliver rapid interventions for emergent presentations (cardiac, stroke, trauma, sepsis).
• Administer emergency medications and IV therapy as ordered.
• Respond to codes and trauma activations as part of the resuscitation team.
