Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Pueblo, Colorado. This 13-week assignment offers nights, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week in a Level III trauma ED.

The ER handles diverse emergencies with a self-scheduling system; candidates must have 2+ years ER experience and required certifications (BLS/ACLS, PALS or ENPC, NRP, TNCC). Challenges include ED drips, triage, and telemetry reading.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years ER experience required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, NRP, TNCC.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care in a Level III trauma ED.
• Manage ED meds and CTAs, including cardiac, antihypertensive, antiarrhythmic, sedative, and analgesic drips.
• Coordinate with ED team and radiology, security, and telemetry monitoring.
