Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing assignment in Silvis, Illinois. The role requires an active RN license and 18 months of acute care ER experience, with shifts of 12 hours at night and a 36-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program is required.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be required for some positions.
• Eighteen months of recent ER-acute care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize patients with trauma or illness in the ED.
• Recognize and treat life-threatening conditions with decisive action.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries by medical need.
• Make quick, accurate assessments of incoming patients' physical and mental health.
